Over the weekend Brothers Leagues Club celebrated 50 years of community at their free Big Bash event.

On Saturday 21 September, Brothers League Club opened its gates at 1 pm inviting guests to celebrate half a century of community, fun, and unforgettable moments.

Brothers Football Club began operations in Ipswich in 1920 and maintains one of Queensland’s premier clubs today and a pillar in the community.

The family-friendly fun day was a massive success, sure to please the whole family, with jam-packed live entertainment for all ages.

The Gold Coast-based Koi Boys hailing from New Zealand graced the stage with their soulful takes on classics and cabaret-style covers of hit songs.

The well-known Australian band The Rouge Traders tore up the stage with their rock riffs and electric style as the evenings’ headlining act.

Little fans were thrilled to meet the much-loved characters Bluey and Bingo at the Bluey Live Interactive Experience.

Guests were surely satisfied with the variety of delicious food truck selections available and an on-site bar to quench any thirst.

The activities were endless from petting farms, rides, and live bands right until 8 pm.

A fantastic fireworks display finished off the night.
